Welcome to Mövenpick Ice Cream Nigeria Platform, operated by Skyline International Tourism & Hospitality Ltd (SITH) under franchise license. By accessing and placing an order through our website, app, or any online platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

General

* These Terms govern all online orders placed with Mövenpick Ice Cream Nigeria.
* By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or supervised by a parent/guardian.
* We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Payments

* Orders can be placed online through our official platforms.
* Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
* Payments must be made at the time of order via approved online payment methods or cash/card on delivery (where available).
* We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Delivery & Pickup

* Delivery is available within designated service areas only. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational factors.
* Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Mövenpick Ice Cream Nigeria is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or customer unavailability.
* Pickup orders must be collected within the specified timeframe.

Product Availability

* All products are subject to availability. In rare cases where an item is unavailable after your order, we may contact you to suggest a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds & Cancellations

* Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, except in cases where delivery is significantly delayed or items are unavailable.
* Refunds will be processed only if:
* An incorrect item is delivered.
* Products are damaged or compromised at the time of delivery.
* Refunds will be made using the same method of payment and may take up to 7–14 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Allergens & Dietary Information

* Our products may contain dairy, nuts, gluten, or other allergens. Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and notifying us of allergies at the time of order.
* Mövenpick Ice Cream Nigeria will not be liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies.

Limitation of Liability

* Mövenpick Ice Cream Nigeria and SITH will not be held responsible for indirect losses, damages, or delays beyond our reasonable control.
* Our liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the value of the order placed.

Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, images, and content related to Mövenpick Ice Cream Nigeria are owned by SITH under franchise license. They may not be used without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

Refund & Returns Policy

No Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of ice cream and frozen products, we cannot accept product returns once delivered or picked up.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may only be considered in the following cases:
• You receive the wrong product.
• Items are damaged, melted, or compromised at the time of delivery/pickup.
• The ordered item is unavailable, and no suitable replacement is accepted.
• Delivery is not fulfilled due to reasons attributable to us.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
• Incorrect delivery address or contact details were provided.
• Customer was unavailable to receive the order.
• Order was placed in error by the customer.
• Delays occurred due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, strikes).

Refund Process
• If eligible, please report the issue to our Customer Care team within 24 hours of delivery/pickup with your order details.
• We may request photo evidence of the issue before processing.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Option
Where possible, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product of equal value at no extra cost.


Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas
• Delivery is currently available only within designated service zones in Nigeria.
• Service coverage may vary by city, and delivery outside these areas is not guaranteed.
• Customers can check delivery availability by entering their location at checkout.

2. Delivery Times
• Standard delivery time is 30–90 minutes depending on location, traffic, and order size.
• During peak hours, public holidays, or severe weather, delivery times may be longer.
• Scheduled deliveries (pre-orders) may be available in selected locations.

3. Delivery Fees
• Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and vary by location.
• Free delivery promotions may apply occasionally and will be clearly communicated.

4. Customer Responsibilities
• Customers must provide a complete and accurate address with an active phone number.
• If the delivery rider cannot reach the customer after reasonable attempts, the order will be marked as undeliverable and will not be refunded.
• Customers are expected to be available to receive the order at the agreed time.

5. Order Verification
• For prepaid orders, customers may be asked to present a valid ID or order confirmation.
• For cash/card on delivery, payment must be completed before the rider hands over the order.

6. Condition of Products
• We ensure that all ice creams and products are transported under safe conditions.
• If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact our Customer Care within 24 hours for assistance.

7. Pickup Orders
• Customers may choose the “Pickup” option at selected outlets.
• Pickup orders must be collected within the specified timeframe; otherwise, product quality cannot be guaranteed.
